Brooklyn Petro is a hot sauce company started by two friends in Brooklyn.

Making hot sauce is what we love to do. We live in Bed Stuy and Sunset Park and we are passionate about starting and running a great business in Brooklyn. Inspired by the Chili Pepper Festival in the Botanical Garden, we’ve learned our craft.

The four all-time favorite hot sauces make up our commercial sauce business. Our custom business is making unique sauces for a variety of customers. Anything from a large custom run of sauce for your clients, a self-branded table top sauce for your restaurant, or a wedding gift. Enjoy the sauce!
